She has also worked at, St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam with patients ages 4 to 18 years old. Lissette has also worked in Gloversville, NY and at Glens Falls Hospital with patients ages 18 years to 85 years old. There, she provided therapy to people with issues such as bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, ODD, autism and more. Lissette has also worked with children with behavioral issues through Parsons as a Preventive Social Worker. There, she worked with ages 3 years old to 18 years old. She has worked for the Center for Disability Services, working with Autistic children and children with behavioral issues. While there, Lissette became very comfortable working with children from the ages of 3 to 5 years old. She has been trained on EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing) and has also received extensive training on autism spectrum.. She utilizes modalities such as problem-solving, solution focus, psychotherapy, play therapy, EMDR and more. Lissette has extensive experience with individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy, as well as helping to develop and repair personal and interpersonal relationships.
