I consider it a privilege to sit in the therapist's chair and walk alongside my clients as they do the brave and difficult work of healing. I believe humans are made for connection and that our greatest and most difficult moments happen in the context of relationships. I also know we are never too old to learn new ways of relating to ourselves and others. As a therapist I get to witness my clients learning this firsthand. I love working with couples and adults. I'm trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy); Gottman Couples Therapy; and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
