Liz is a fantastic therapist and I could not recommend her more. I told her early on that I wanted more authenticity and sometimes even “tough love” as opposed to a passive approach, and she has done that and more.

Liz has such empathy and understanding, and lets me talk at my own pace. She has great insight and gives helpful tools, I leave empowered and our sessions flow so easily our time flys by!!
