What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out, just as you are is enough. Therapy with me will be personalized to meet your own unique needs. While every session is tailored to your unique needs, I draw from Motivational Interviewing, DBT, person-centered therapy, CBT, and ACT to guide our work together. I’m here to help you tune in, work through, and move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and centered around your goals. You’re the expert on your life. I’m here to listen and help you explore it with curiosity and compassion. You can expect: A space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment Support that moves at your pace — no pressure, no pretending Practical tools and insights that help you understand yourself and make lasting changes Some sessions might focus on exploring patterns or past experiences that still show up today. Other times, we’ll work on what’s happening right now such as managing stress, building coping skills, or finding clarity in decisions. However we approach it, my goal is for therapy to feel grounding, supportive, and like a place where you can exhale.
