I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Play Therapy to support healing, strengthen coping skills, and nurture emotional resilience. I also offer therapy services in Spanish to support clients in the language in which they feel most comfortable. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and cared for as they navigate their healing journey at their own pace.
