I knew I had a passion for helping others after experiencing a tragedy when I was a teenager. Since then, I have been on a mission to help alleviate pain and suffering in others. I earned my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Counseling from the University of North Texas, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact. With several years of experience in the field, I have seen many individuals, relationships, and families live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In using the models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems, I will help you identify content that may be weakening you and your relationships. Through the healing process, you can build self-assurance, develop loving and satisfying connections with others, and create a life of greater happiness and success.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, one can expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. A session may start with questions about the presenting concerns, and talking about thoughts, feelings, and changes that may have occurred since the prior session. I will help provide insight and use evidence-based treatment to provide advice on handling issues.
