I hold a Master's in Social Work from San Diego State University. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. My approach I work from a strength-based, solution-focused perspective, drawing from approaches like motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. My focus I have experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, and depression. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. For the past 23 years, I've had the privilege of providing therapy to people from diverse backgrounds.
