“I was seeking a provider who was experienced with EMDR and brain spotting type of therapy and Lluvia was great with navigating me through both of those processes. We were able to tackle on multiple targets that were a concern of mine that had been weighing heavy. I was able to close out many of those targets and being able to apply them throughout my day-to-day life independently. I can confidently say I am the healthiest mentally I have been in a long time. I specialize in treating developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, crisis management, grief, domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault.
