Logan Davis, MS

Psychotherapist
128 Vision Park Blvd, #230, The Woodlands, TX
Maybe it’s not that you have trouble identifying that unsettled, disconnected feeling, but the struggle comes with what to do with it. I believe a big difference in knowing and doing, is in the power of unconditional acceptance and support. As a female BIPOC therapist, I am mindful and intentional about uplifting every layer of who you are to shift from survival to thriving. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and multicultural. I create a warm and welcoming space for safe self-expression, skill-building, and collaborative problem-solving. I support teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, grief, depression, racial trauma, relationship or career dissatisfaction, and unique pressures of holding multiple identities. I value the healing power of creativity and movement, often encouraging expressive arts and somatic exercises. Outside of sessions, I enjoy writing, cooking, and nature walks. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate with a Psychology and Sociology background from Baylor University and Master's in Counseling from University of North Texas Dallas. My clinical experience includes complex trauma, women's issues, and family cohesion. Please reach out to schedule a session, or book a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you on your journey of growth and healing.
