My myriad of professional experiences in both the public and private sectors have equipped me with a unique set of skills, a wealth of knowledge, and clinical expertise to aid others in moving toward the life they want to have. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating various techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strength-based therapy. By focusing on your internal strengths and resourcefulness rather than your weaknesses, I help foster a positive mindset that empowers you to be in control of your day-to-day life.
