In addition to my counseling training, I have been on a Life Coach Team for over 10 years. In sessions, I’ve witnessed how life’s challenges shape both people’s perceptions of themselves and their lives. By using methods like Sand Tray, Drama, and the Empty Chair, I have the skills to guide clients toward their therapeutic goals; I find joy in knowing that my clients often adopt these tools into their personal lives.
