As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I am passionate about this work because I believe growth is possible for everyone, no matter their past or present struggles. Watching clients discover their resilience, gain clarity, and step into a more fulfilling version of themselves is truly an honor.

My practice is unique because I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that goes beyond “talk therapy.” I combine evidence-based techniques like CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing with a warm, empowering style. I adapt therapy to meet your needs—not the other way around—so that each session feels relevant and practical to your life.

Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore what’s holding you back, and develop strategies you can start using right away. I will gently hold you accountable for the changes you want to make, helping you stay focused and motivated.
