Getting to know Londa B Vance

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, I have several years of experience making true positive progress on many mental health issues. I believe that every person has a unique set of circumstances that differentiate our mental health and ways of thinking and acting. Because we all differ, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I am committed to nurturing and fostering a strong, healthy relationship that enables the expression of one's own uniqueness, which in turn helps promote therapeutic mental wellness tailored to each individual. I am skilled at motivating, communicating, and helping my clients find their inner strengths. I work to lead clients to mental clarity and psychological wellness. Together, we will make the seemingly impossible into a positive reality. Gaining positive mental health sometimes takes you on a journey-I am the one to go on this mental health journey with you. Let's make this happen.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a warm therapeutic alliance which will help to foster a deep understanding of each particular circumstance. We will work together without judgment, provide insight, guidance, and skills depending on the needs presented each session. In each session we will work to identify areas in which we can look to make improvements. One can expect a collaborative effort in establishing long term and short term goals. My primary goal is to inspire personal mental wellness which extends beyond each therapeutic session. I seek to instill coping and mental health skills that one can use in every aspect of life and for the entirety of his or her life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She is amazing at welcoming new clients and working with them so their process is being tracked evenly. I’ve seen many therapist throughout my life and she is by far one of the best.
I cannot say enough good things about Londa. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout my therapy journey but also very direct and to the point. Talking to Londa truly feels like I’m talking to someone I’ve known for years. She knows that I am very stubborn and hard headed and set in my ways, and she knows exactly how to talk me through every situation. I’m so glad I chose Londa to be my therapist.
I would select all if I could!
She is very kind and I always feel lighter when I get to speak to her. She authentic and doesn’t just say things to appease me. She is direct but gentle in her approach.
She is angelic! I love her personality. She is very insightful and has a talent for helping to reframe difficult circumstances. She is a great resource for strategies to help you calm down, focus on what you can control, and move toward your goals. She asks great questions and helps me learn about myself. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I love her so much that I have referred her to 2 others that now see her regularly as well. I can be in a full panic attack going into a session and after an hour with Londa, I feel like I can take over the world.
