I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with children, teens, adults, individuals, and families. My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to meet each person’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family and Systemic Therapy, Play and Art Therapy techniques, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). This integrative approach allows me to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation concerns. With children and adolescents, I incorporate developmentally appropriate interventions such as play and creative expression to foster emotional growth and resilience. With adults and families, I focus on strengthening insight, improving communication, building coping skills, and promoting meaningful, lasting change.
