Together we can break down the walls that confine you - addiction, dysfunctional relationships, abuse, depression, anxiety - so you may find joy, love and peace. In 35 years of practice, I've helped countless people find emotional healing. I can help you too. I started my career as a nurse and enjoyed seeing patients get well. Then I found a calling to learn the emotional techniques of healing and trained for my MSW. I find patients respond best to a Whole Person Approach, using Mindfulness, CBT, EMDR. I am also trained in Couples and Sex Therapy. I integrate these therapies with traditional therapies in my work with you. The use of EMDR leads to faster resolution in PTSD situations.I combine my Nurse’s Training at St. Vincents with my MSW from Fordham University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is to establish a relationship that makes my patients feel comfortable enough to share their tough issues and help them to work through them in order to live more fully. I am warm, compassionate, informative,creative and do not hesitate to use my sense of humor! I am not here to judge you!
