I provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals and am an inclusive therapist for those of all backgrounds and religious beliefs. I am happy to help you start rediscovering the strength and beauty within yourself as an individual. I have experience working with clients who live in the metroplex area as well as rural communities. I approach therapy with authenticity, genuine compassion, and a healthy sense of humor. I seek to turn everyday tasks into triumphs, failures into pivot points, and to provide creative, individualized feedback. I will provide strategies you can implement to reduce your inner critic and begin to treat yourself with kindness. I aim to boost self-esteem, increase confidence, and help you find more joy in the moment. My goal is for clients to step away from our sessions feeling refreshed, empowered, and supported. I seek to spark creative and healthy internal dialogue as well as inner pride in being your unique, authentic self. As a hero of mine says, "Believe it!" - Naruto Uzumaki.
