With 15 years of experience as a Therapist, I consider it both a privilege and an honor to contribute to the overall mental wellness of those I serve. I hold a Master's in Liberal Studies and Psychology from Argosy University and an EdD in Social Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Management from Governors State University, which enrich my approach to therapy. I am committed to fostering a supportive and empathetic environment, guiding individuals through their unique healing processes, and empowering them to navigate life's challenges with resilience. What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring a wealth of experience dealing with various diagnoses, specializing in trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, relationship and familial conflict, life transitions, perinatal and postnatal issues, and more. In the initial session with me, clients can anticipate understanding and guidance tailored to their unique circumstances.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Counseling sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The primary aim is to work collaboratively towards personal growth, emotional well-being, and the resolution of challenges.
