I like to engage in an approach that is most appropriate for the goals you would like to achieve in therapy. I provide individual therapy and trauma informed care to adults. I understand the responsibilities and demands of everyday life can be tough to manage and balance. I would like to provide a safe place to encourage you to move towards feeling more fulfilled and excited about your life. It can be scary to make changes, but you are not alone and seeing a therapist shows a lot of courage. We will tap into that courage to move towards healing and relief.
