*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I support clients through a variety of challenges, including relationship struggles, anxiety, low self-esteem, and navigating life transitions. My approach focuses on creating a safe space to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and identify solutions that feel right for each person.
