What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a warm and curious approach, allowing for client centered work that explores and supports the unique goals of each person.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We would start with a consultation to make sure if its a good fit for everyone. Then, a longer intake up to 90 minutes would take place, gathering background information and symptoms/ trauma history. Beyond that, clients choose to work together weekly or bi weekly for initial talk therapy that could branch into more somatic and experiential focus.
