Hello! Thank you for your courage to seek out help. Therapy can be an amazing but sometimes anxiety-producing journey, so I am glad you've taken the first step on your healing journey. I am a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Shippensburg University. I specialize in grief and loss, specifically perinatal loss. In my current work as a counselor and my previous work in case management and journalism, I have gained experience working with individuals and families facing loss, grief, trauma, crisis, transitions, and much more. My life experience in those other fields has informed my therapy practice. Additionally, I have experienced various types of loss, and I believe those experiences have made me more empathic and understanding of grief. There is power in working with someone who "gets it." Aside from my grief specialty, I also work with those struggling with anxiety and depression as well as those wanting a more holistic approach. When you work with me, we will take a look at how mind, body, and spirit are connected and impacting your particular situation. I am trained in holistic and integrative health, so expect conversations about diet, sleep, self-care, spirituality, values, and more because all of that affects how you feel, think, and behave daily.
