I had an unprofessional experience with Lori and the Lifestance platform. In our first meeting instead of being honest about her ability to see new clients, she booked a second appointment with me. I took time off work and was expecting an hour of counseling. Instead I was told that she wasn't going to see me as a client and then cut the meeting short. I'm going to follow up with my insurance to make sure I'm not billed the second appointment. A simple email before the meeting would have prevented a confusing and disappointing experience.
