Hello, I’m Lori. I believe therapy is a place where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself and the experiences that shape your life. Whether you are navigating stress, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you as we work toward healing and meaningful change. With over 17 years of experience in counseling and a Master’s degree in Counseling, I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, bipolar disorder, relationship and family concerns, anger management, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting teens and young adults as they work through identity development, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and school or peer-related stress. My approach is strengths-based and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while always remaining collaborative and individualized to your needs. I believe each person brings resilience, insight, and potential into the therapy space. Together we will identify your strengths, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and build the confidence needed to move forward.
