Over the past 17+ years, I have gained experience in multiple areas of counseling, and I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am a proponent of strengths-based and cognitive behavioral therapy methods. Together, we will develop an individualized approach that works best for you. I specialize in supporting clients across the lifespan and truly enjoy working with individuals of all ages—from children and teens to adults and older adults. My clinical focus includes emotional and behavioral health, grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, family and relationship issues, anger management, and developmental/behavioral challenges. I also have extensive experience helping adolescents and teens navigate identity, relationships, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and school-related stress. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where your voice is heard and valued. I believe deeply in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and the collaborative work we will do together. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, develop effective tools and strategies, and build confidence as you move toward healing and growth.
