I firmly believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to healing. Everyone brings their own unique life experiences that deserve a safe space to be seen and heard. I will meet you where you're at in your personal growth journey and provide individualized support. I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic pain/symptoms, grief and loss, burnout, and low self-esteem. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in crisis settings (Emergency Departments and inpatient hospitals), as well as residential programs and community-based outpatient care. Whether you've met with a counselor before, or you're considering therapy for the first time, don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to answer your questions to give you a better sense of the support I can offer.
