Getting to know Lori Tomberlin

Difficult experiences in life can bring up feelings of anxiety, depression, or lack of direction, it can be hard to know what to do. I am a clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with many populations and have worked with a variety of diagnoses. I have a person-centered approach that’s tailored to meet each individual’s specific needs. I use a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused therapy, to name a few. I believe rapport is a crucial part of the therapeutic process.
