When life feels overwhelming, therapy can help you find your footing while dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief, health changes, or major life transitions. With more than 30 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is collaborative and practical. I take a direct, warm approach, using a bit of humor to ease tough conversations. I apply cognitive behavioral therapy to reshape thought patterns and leverage clients' strengths, and I use motivational interviewing to support lasting change.
