Welcome, nice to meet you. If you are struggling with life stressors that are leading you to experience anxiety, depression, substance or alcohol use, and feeling stuck, I am here to offer my experience working in addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, which has equipped me to support you through these challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am Lori Wilson, I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed substance abuse counselor. I have an empowering and holistic approach to therapy. It is important to learn healthier self care, by finding balance in your life. I like a solution-focused therapy which helps you be comfortable to identify what you want in therapy and within your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients have let me know they feel better after one session. I enjoy building rapport and hearing your story. I do understand that it can be hard to share with someone you just met. My clients are comfortable working with me and like going at their own pace. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
