Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Puerto Rico who practices in Florida. I'm an ADHD-certified Clinical Services Provider and hold certifications in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology. I love working with Hispanic-Latinx families by teaching them to break historical/generational trauma; emotional regulation; healthy boundaries; and assertive communication skills.
