What should a new client know about working with you?
I begin by exploring what brings my clients to therapy and what changes they hope to see in their lives. I believe that our past experiences and early attachments shape our current beliefs, behaviors, and relationships, and I’ll explore these aspects during the intake process and throughout our work together. I am especially drawn to working with insightful and spiritually-minded individuals who are ready to confront the wounds and fears that hinder their growth.
Using a strengths-based approach, I support clients in healing unresolved trauma, navigating parenting challenges, processing grief, managing life transitions, and releasing limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep them stuck in fear, guilt, or shame.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work collaboratively with my clients to assess their strengths, challenges, and needs, using a strengths-based and compassionate approach. Our sessions incorporate breathwork and mindfulness exercises to foster curiosity and reflection. Together, we’ll explore your beliefs and behavior patterns to identify what serves you and what no longer aligns with your current life. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help you build self-awareness and provide practical tools to effectively manage your unique stressors.
