My role is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as we untangle the sources of that pain, often found not within you, but in the world around us. Together, we will challenge the stories of perfectionism, disconnection, and "keeping up" that culture has sold us. We will honor your emotions: anxiety, sadness, melancholy, not as problems to be eliminated, but as profound, human messages guiding you back to yourself.
My approach is deeply relational, weaving an understanding of early attachment and intergenerational trauma with a feminist, decolonizing lens. Here, you are safe to explore vulnerability, to remember your intrinsic worth, and to courageously align your daily life with the values that truly matter to your being.
