Lorrie practices Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a method that has shown significant resolution of trauma-related symptoms in as little as one to three sessions. It doesn't work for everyone, but if you can recall painful experiences and hold an image in your mind while focusing on sensations in your body, it will likely work for you. Facing trauma-related issues can be intimidating and scary, but Lorrie has seen Accelerated Resolution Therapy produce profound healing for people who have experienced trauma in a very short period of time. She meets with individuals struggling with a variety of stressors in their lives. Sometimes it's comforting to simply have someone to talk to, to vent to, and to bounce ideas off of while trying to navigate difficult things life throws at you. It takes a lot of courage to seek out therapy. Lorrie admires you and hopes to meet with you soon. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and traveling.
