My specialty is supporting transgender, LGBTQ+ people, and others who struggle with social anxiety, strengthening your ability to create satisfying relationships and experience life with greater confidence and belonging. In a world without adequate role models or community connection, we often feel like we don’t fit in, we’re not enough, or we’re too much. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your challenges and connect to the wisdom within.

As a transgender man myself, I know the importance of working toward acceptance internally to manifest it externally. I will help you anchor into your personal truths and strengths, leading to fulfilling relationships and greater richness in life. I strive to offer healing insight and perspectives, helping you expand your comfort zone with a sense of safety.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we collaborate to tend to your deepest needs and offer vulnerable parts of self the compassion and insight they need to heal. With over 15 years of experience in clinical, research, and spiritual settings, including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Northwestern University, I offer expertise in anxiety, relationships, and spiritual connection.
