Hi there, I’m Lourdes!
Have you experienced events in your life that have led you to patterns you’d like to change? Have you been having difficulty connecting to others and yourself? Are you looking for a space to explore how to make changes in your life and increase your motivation?
I facilitate healing and growth for individuals who have experienced trauma, whether those events are big or small. I help people dealing with depression and anxiety learn about themselves in a way that allows them to gently identify what’s not working in their lives and motivate them to make changes that are impactful and long lasting.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect a straight forward, evidenced based approach giving you strategies for regulating emotions, improving communication in relationships, as well as methods and resources to grow strengths and recognize your resilience. There is no judgement in my sessions which allows for a safe space to explore your needs and set goals.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
