As a therapist and as a human, I’ve learned that connection is essential to growth. It’s an honor to offer that connection to clients and walk alongside them as they learn to feel safe in their body and mind again.
Having lived through my own struggles, I am able to understand my clients. I am an EMDR Advanced Trained therapist with expertise in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and am also certified in Internalized Somatic Trauma (ISTT). Additionally, my training in Internal family systems (IFS) has equipped me to help my clients heal internalized or long-term traumas. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support and empower clients to face life's challenges and find joy, meaning, and happiness.
