What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, we’ll start by checking in on how things have been going and what’s most present for you that day. I follow your lead, but I’ll also gently guide the process by offering reflection, asking thoughtful questions, and introducing tools or techniques that fit your goals. Whether we’re working through a tough emotion, a relationship issue, or building coping strategies, I aim to create a space that feels supportive, flexible, and focused on what matters most to you.
