My approach is deeply rooted in supporting you in fostering a kinder dialogue with each of your parts. Together, we can slow down and co-create a space that feels both safe and challenging, where you're welcome to show up authentically and in your own time. You're the expert on your experience. I offer an outside perspective to support you in seeing a broader picture of your past, your present, and what's possible for your future. I bring a queer- and poly-fluent lens into the room that is depth-oriented, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I strive to show up with warmth, honesty, compassion, and even a bit of humor. I'm a bilingual, bicultural therapist born in Brazil and raised in the Bay Area. I'm especially excited about working with teens and adults of multicultural backgrounds, romantic-familial relationships of various configurations, and individuals navigating their own cultural, sexual, racial, and linguistic identities.
