I listen to my clients and engage using open-ended questions making my clients think about what they want to receive from their counseling experience. My goal is for my clients to be equipped with coping skills to help themselves once counseling is completed. I became a counselor because of the desire to help people. My whole life has been spent helping people from the time I was in school, different careers I have had over the years, and in my community. Watching individuals gain control of their lives and become the best version of themselves has been a rewarding career.
