Hello, I'm Lucia. Since no two individuals are alike, I believe treatment needs to be tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you with problem-solving techniques and coping skills so you can overcome your issues. I am a counselor who values empathy, and I am caring and considerate of others' feelings. My clients are always treated with respect and compassion. I have multiple techniques and specialize in areas of trauma, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, depression, grief, phobias, postpartum depression, stress management, and other issues you may be suffering from. I am continually attending workshops and striving to gain knowledge and experience in new and innovative ways of helping clients to help themselves. I am certified in Cognitive Process Theory with PTSD trauma. With an MA and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. Having worked as a caseworker in the past, I am well-versed in community resources and can creatively find the most effective approach for each client. Sometimes, more than one approach is necessary to find what works best, and I am committed to exploring those avenues with you. I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step, and I am here to support you through this journey.
