“I was very hesitant in beginning therapy because I always heard others talk about how they jump from therapist to therapist before they find someone their comfortable with. And I really was not comfortable opening up to someone it not working then having to jump from person to person. But Lucy has been absolutely amazing! She is so kind, empathetic, and I have felt so comfortable with her from day 1. I definitely recommend her to everyone she's the best!”

Getting to know Lucianne Silva Machado
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Albizu University, Miami. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Brainspotting Certified Clinician, and trained in EMDR and EFT. I practice individual, family, and group therapy. With more than 10 years of experience working with trauma survivors, I approach my work from a systemic perspective, focusing on respecting everyone and collaborating with clients to help them access their unique strengths and abilities to face life's challenges.
I see my role as helping people identify and cultivate strengths within themselves and their relationships, trusting that we all bring the best we can to the problems in our lives. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
