Psychotherapist

Together, we can explore your life experiences, including the influence of your family of origin on your current struggles. We can focus on mindfulness, stress management, symptom reduction, find healthy balance between the mind and the body, or just talk. I’m a good listener. I offer a safe and a collaborative environment where we can work together to find meaningful solutions that resonate with you. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity challenges, relationship difficulties, generational trauma or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Spalding University in Louisville, KY in 2005 and then Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in 2008. I have been practicing for the past 16 years and have worked in various mental health settings including crisis services, community mental health, and private practice. I know reaching out to a therapist can be intimidating, but it can only get better from here. Let's connect to see if together, we can improve your mental health.
