Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or self-esteem, I am here to support you. I like to help empower my clients to be able to process and express their emotions in a more effective and healthy manner, develop healthy relationships, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.

I offer a warm and inviting space that is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is crucial. You can expect compassion, validation, and humor balanced with encouragement to help you reach your goals. I utilize a relational approach with psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in sessions.
