Getting to know Lucinda Zagnoli
I am a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Counselor licensed in Florida with over 20 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and providing skills-building group classes. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients presenting a variety of concerns, including personal growth, work and career changes, and coping during periods of transition. Each of these experiences presents unique challenges and opportunities for growth, and counseling can be a valuable collaboration during these times.
My counseling style is interactive, goal-focused, and collaborative. My role is to provide a safe environment where you can share your concerns, reinforce your strengths, and clarify your path to greater success. I use a mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral approach. Together, we will clarify your plan for both short- and long-term goals and begin working toward your prioritized objectives.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Engaging in counseling is a process that focuses on you, identifying and clarifying your concerns. Together, we will work to create visibility into your most important issues, prioritize short and long term opportunities, and learn/use tools that will help you strengthen your core foundation. The first session is all about gaining clarity, prioritizing immediate concerns, and understanding/managing expectations about the counseling process. Your counseling experience is an evolving process - it is about you growing and making progress with tools you will carry with you going forward!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
