I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what's going on and start making meaningful changes. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs and believe therapy should leave you with both insight and practical tools you can use in everyday life. I am Haitian American and speak Haitian Creole. My faith is an important part of who I am and has shaped my values of compassion, grace, and service. At the same time, I welcome and affirm people from all backgrounds, beliefs, identities, and walks of life. Outside of therapy, I enjoy music, spending time with my dogs, traveling, and connecting with family and friends. My goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and confident as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
