Getting to know Lucretia Reed

My counseling technique is unique in nature. I am genuine, supportive, and honest while also holding my clients accountable for the hard work often required in the counseling process. I have provided services as a school counselor, in outpatient mental health settings, and through telehealth counseling. I have a passion for helping anyone in need. My personality and determination are often reflected in the counseling relationship to help my clients reach their goals. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively support my clients. My experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have worked with clients in the foster care system, adults in transitional homes, at-risk youth, domestic violence victims, and families in crisis. These varied experiences have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate and effective counseling tailored to each individual’s needs.
