Lucy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. She has works with a diverse age range from adolescents to adults, utilizing CBT, trauma-focused therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. Lucy has experience in supporting individuals among a wide range of concerns from depression, anxiety, grief/bereavement, daily stressors, life transitions, relationship and interpersonal challenges. She believes in using a person-centered approach, recognizing that everyone has different needs and unique experiences. Lucy is passionate about creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their truths, establishing rapport and building a strong therapeutic relationship.

Please note that our specialty is talk therapy. We DO NOT provide medication management or prescription refills. We DO NOT specialize in treatment for substance or alcohol use.
