Getting to know Lucy Henry
Hi, I am Lucy, and I have been a counselor for over 30 years. I love meeting new clients and helping folks become their very best selves. Life can throw us curveballs, and we often need a professional to help navigate life's events. I believe in working with individuals from a positive approach and enabling people to grow by getting to know themselves better. Healing comes through doing the work and searching for what works best for each person. I want to be a trusted partner in one's growth and healing while holding space for individuals to work through their emotions. I earned my Master's in Professional Counseling from Converse University. Outside of counseling, I am a person who loves the outdoors, especially the mountains. I also enjoy dogs, reading, and traveling.
