Drawing on my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, I use a combination of Western and Eastern psychological insights to help you identify your goals and make a plan to get you there.

What can you expect from our first session? My clients say I'm incredibly empathetic, thoughtful, a great listener, and caring. But I also challenge you and encourage you to challenge yourself. I'll push you yet hold you at the same time.

I specialize in working with people who want to believe in themselves again, build an authentic relationship, and feel hopeful about the future again. Let's join our paths for a brief moment during this lifetime and rest in our intrinsic awareness together.
