Since my start in mental health counseling in 2014, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered in their healing journey. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, friendly, and direct. I integrate modalities such as Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a Person-Centered framework to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs. I believe people already possess the strengths and resources necessary for healing—my role is to help them recognize and trust those inner capacities. What motivates me most is witnessing the transformative moment when someone rediscovers their inner strength. I currently work during the day at an inpatient addictions facility, supporting individuals in some of the most vulnerable stages of their recovery process. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a proud Puerto Rican (Latinx) and a lifelong audio engineer. I enjoy solving puzzles and exploring the connections between creativity, mental wellness, and human resilience.
