You will have ample time to unpack your story and verbalize what you want to achieve while in session. You will have credible supporting material to help you reach your treatment goal long term. I am trained with evidenced based practice CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help you heal from trauma triggers. I provide treatment in both English and Spanish from Peru.
