I have an extensive history of working with diverse individuals who struggle with depression, emotion regulation, anxiety, anger, childhood trauma, grief, addiction, and other life struggles and psychiatric conditions. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and CASAC-Certified Alcohol and Drug Specialist, with a warm, genuine, non-judgmental approach that creates a safe space for you to process, explore, heal, and grow. My clients often describe me as someone they feel comfortable talking to.
